- 1 - How to go to the world of hot waters?
To go to the resort you may purchase four different kinds of packages: air package, ground package, air and ground combined package or only accommodations.
The air package leaving from São Paulo – SP in specific dates takes approximately 1:10 hour to the airport of Caldas Novas – GO where there will be a bus ready to take you to the resort (30 min.).
The air and ground combined package offers you the flexibility of flying any day or time from any part of Brazil to the city of Uberlândia – MG where a bus or a taxi will take you directly to resort (200 Km far from Uberlândia). The ground package takes approximately 12 h. leaving from São Paulo – SP.
And there are packages including only accommodations. You travel in your own vehicle.

Caldas Novas-GO 27 km, Goiânia-GO 170 km, Uberlândia-MG 200 km, Brasília-DF 310 km, São Paulo-SP 820 km, Belo Horizonte-MG 730 km.
- 3- Is there a transfer service leaving from the airport of Caldas Novas?
Yes. The International Airport of Caldas Novas is 27 Km far from the resort. The resort provides an exclusive team of professionals at the arrival desk as well as at the VIP room. The airport offers fraldário, restrooms, cable TV, soft drinks and coffee while guests await for the departure to the Resort in exclusive themed buses with Air Conditioning, TV and Tour Guide.
- 4- What’s the voltage within the resort?
The resort has a 220 volts voltage. If necessary a device for voltage conversion can be requested at the reception of each hotel.
- 5- How do I purchase within the resort?
Within the resort you don’t need to use money (cash). It has been replaced by an intelligent card that is used for paying any expense. It’s a practical card, small shaped that can be carried to anywhere, and it’s also heat and humidity resistant.
It facilitates the use of services and assures the control of your expenses since you can request an updated statement at the reader machines spread throughout the complex. At the end of your stay a report with the total of your expenses is printed and you can pay for them with cash, check or credit card.- 6- What are the available services within the resort?
For your complete tranquility and comfort the resort provides service of bank agency, ambulance, pharmacy, medical clinic, security services and free transportation with scheduled departures that go around a given route within the resort transporting the guests.
